1. Make The Base

So, the base is the most critical part of the whole cable system. It depends on how much weight you will put the weight on the base. Just screw the iron pipe flange and straight pipe on the base. Now tighten the T that has two holes openings. Now once the weight is adjusted and the base is made let’s move to the next step.

2. Adjust The Cable

Move one end of the cable through the top of the T and move the cable through the other end. Attach the remaining cable to the clamp tightly. Then, feed the other end of the cable to the top of the pulley and make the loop. And secure your loop with the clamp.

3. Install It

You should have a hook screw to connect your pulley so it can be securely attached to your anchor point. In case, you have the rack or pullup bar, place the chain around the center of that place and connect it with the other carabiner.

Make sure that the base touched the floor and top of the cable should be below some inches of the pulley.

4. Use It

Just place one plate onto the base and secure the T on the top. Now place your cable to the opposite attachment or place it through the loop.
